Generative AI's Labor Impacts – Part Three: Adaptation

The "Generative AI’s Labor Impacts" is a three-part series hosted by Data & Society. This series explores the profound and multifaceted impacts of generative AI technologies on labor, focusing on the themes of hierarchy, recognition, and adaptation in the workforce.

Part 3: Adaptation (April 18, 2024)

The final part of the series examines the dynamic relationship between workers and generative AI. Speakers will discuss how narratives about technology replacing workers overlook the complex and active ways in which workers are responding to these changes, from developing new skills to finding ways to counteract or circumvent the challenges posed by AI.

The event will take place as an online discussion.
